Once the doctor has determined that prescription treatment is appropriate, they will approve your application and issue you a prescription.

In most cases, no. Once your details have been checked, a doctor will reply to you via chat through your Goodweigh account. Once your programme has started, you have the option of arranging a video call with one of our health advisers. Our doctors and advisers are available via chat at any time.
